What does a telco bill audit find?

Usually three kinds of waste: services nobody uses any more, charges that should not be there such as data fees on an unlimited plan, and being out of contract on an old plan when a cheaper one exists. Together these can quietly add up to thousands of dollars a year on a business account.

How does the dispute and refund work?

Once the audit finds an overcharge, we raise it with the telco on your behalf and chase the refund or credit, so you do not spend hours on hold. We then move you onto a plan that actually fits, rather than the one you drifted onto.
